INTI Tech Day in Cairo, 2024, presented technology and solutions to an audience from the oil and gas industry.
A tech day mixes presentations, product content and networking. The technical setup has to handle many sources cleanly for an audience of engineers who notice when something does not work.
What the event demanded
Many sources, one screen
Presenters bring slides, video and live demonstrations. Switching between them has to be fast and invisible.
A technical audience
Engineers and specialists judge a technology company partly by how smoothly its own event runs.
Networking is part of the day
Conversations after the sessions are where business happens, so the branded environment continues beyond the stage.

Test the venue before you trust it
Live demonstrations often depend on venue connectivity. In Cairo we test the network on site ahead of the event and plan a backup, so a demo never depends on hotel Wi-Fi alone.
