The brief
IME 2025, the Investment Management Exhibition, ran on 17 and 18 November 2025 at the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre under the theme "Investing in Tomorrow: Pathways to a Sustainable Future". Delegates sat at round tables in a single ballroom for two days of panels and back to back presentations, with speakers arriving from several countries.
This one is not an Egyptian event, and it is here for a reason. Planners ask whether a local partner can hold an international standard. AVE Events Poland delivered the AV production for this conference in Germany, with its own crew travelling from Warsaw. AVE Egypt is the Egyptian operation of the same group, working to the same standards, which is what a planner is really asking about.
What the event demanded
Every speaker on one screen
Presenters arrive with their own laptops and their own files. Each machine ran through preview and programme on an eight input video switcher, so the next presentation was loaded and checked before the room ever saw it.
The identity holds between sessions
A full width LED wall carried the conference identity whenever nothing else was on screen, then cut to a speaker deck and back without a gap anyone noticed.
A panel and a lectern, sharing the stage
Four panel chairs and a lectern on one stage means microphones move constantly. Handheld and headset radio mics were shared across both, with the mix controlled from a tablet on the floor rather than from a distant control room.

One group, several countries
