The brief
The HIV Scientific Forum gathered clinicians and specialists in Cairo to address HIV management across the Middle East and North Africa.
A scientific forum combines lectures with panel discussions. The room needed to switch between a speaker at the lectern and a seated panel on stage, while keeping clinical content legible for an audience at round tables.
What the event demanded
Lecture and panel on one stage
The stage held a lectern and a row of lounge chairs for panellists. Microphones and camera angles had to cover both formats without a reset.
Legible from round tables
Cabaret seating puts some delegates at an angle to the screen. A wide LED wall keeps data readable from the side tables.
A calm, clinical look
A scientific audience expects a professional room, not a show. Lighting and colour were set to keep the focus on the content.
