What happens if a delegate's flight is delayed?
Our drivers monitor all incoming flights in real time and wait at no extra charge for up to 3 hours beyond the original arrival time. Delays beyond 3 hours are managed by our 24/7 dispatch team.
Can vehicles be branded with our company logo?
Yes. Full vehicle wraps and interior branding (headrest covers, floor mats, branded water bottles) are available with 5 business days' lead time.
Do you provide transfers outside Cairo?
Yes. We operate in all five major Egyptian event destinations: Cairo, Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada, Alexandria, and Luxor, as well as intercity routes between them.
