Design & Coordination

Build & Install
Our build crew arrives 3–5 days before opening. Stand construction, signage, AV, and exhibitor check-in.

Can you manage an entire exhibition or just our company's stand?
Both. We work with exhibition organisers as a full production partner managing the entire show floor, and with individual exhibitors who need a turnkey stand solution.
Do you handle international freight and customs for exhibitors?
Yes. We work with licensed customs brokers and freight forwarders to clear exhibition materials through Egyptian customs. We handle ATA Carnets, temporary import permits, and drayage.
What exhibition venues do you cover in Egypt?
Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC), Cairo International Convention Centre (CICC), hotel exhibition spaces, and all major venues in Sharm, Hurghada, and Alexandria.
