Do you cover venues outside Cairo?
Yes. We have active relationships in Sharm el-Sheikh (Rixos, Hyatt, Movenpick), Hurghada (Steigenberger, Albatros, Sheraton), and Alexandria. Every major MICE property in Egypt is in our database.
What if none of your shortlisted venues work for us?
We go back to the brief, understand what missed, and source additional options. The search continues until you have a venue you want to sign.
Do you charge for site inspections?
Site inspections are included in our venue sourcing service fee. There are no hidden charges for travel within Egypt to inspect shortlisted venues.
