Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ave.eg, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. AVE Egypt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

Use of the Website

ave.eg is an informational and transactional platform for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services in Egypt. You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to transmit any material that is false, misleading, or harmful.

Proposal Requests and Inquiries

Submitting a proposal request or inquiry through ave.eg does not constitute a binding contract. All proposals are subject to availability and formal confirmation by AVE Egypt. Pricing provided in proposals is indicative and subject to change based on final event specifications, venue availability, and service provider rates at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on ave.eg, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AVE Egypt and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from AVE Egypt.

Payment Terms

All payments for AVE Egypt services are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or US Dollars (USD) as agreed in the service proposal. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project value is required upon contract signing to secure venue bookings, equipment reservations, and supplier commitments. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 business days before the event date. For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments may be made by bank transfer to AVE Egypt's designated account, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). All international wire transfers are subject to applicable CBE foreign exchange regulations. Invoices are issued in compliance with Egyptian tax law and include applicable VAT at the prevailing rate.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@ave.eg. The following refund schedule applies, calculated from the confirmed event date: cancellation more than 60 days before the event — 80% refund of the deposit (20% retained for administrative and supplier reservation costs); cancellation 30-60 days before the event — 50% refund of the deposit; cancellation 15-29 days before the event — 25% refund of the deposit; cancellation less than 15 days before the event — no refund. Refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method, in accordance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations on commercial refund processing. For international payments, refunds are issued at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of refund processing per CBE guidelines. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest) that make event delivery impossible will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with AVE Egypt making reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide credit toward a future event.

Currency & Foreign Exchange

In compliance with the Central Bank of Egypt's monetary policy and foreign exchange regulations, all pricing quoted in foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) is indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment. AVE Egypt reserves the right to adjust foreign-currency invoices if the CBE official exchange rate moves by more than 5% between the date of proposal and the date of payment. Clients making payments from outside Egypt should ensure compliance with their local regulations regarding international wire transfers to Egyptian bank accounts.

AVE Egypt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVE Egypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
