Do I still deal with the venue directly?
No — unless you want to. AVE Egypt acts as the single interface between you and every local stakeholder. Venue, caterers, AV crew, transport — all managed by your assigned project manager.
What if something goes wrong on-site?
Your project manager is on-site throughout. Every event has a contingency plan — backup suppliers, alternative configurations, and escalation contacts at AVE senior level.
Can you manage an event already partially planned?
Yes. We can step in at any stage — even two weeks before an event — and take over coordination from where you are.
