Can you handle mixed-nationality groups with different visa requirements?
Yes. We have experience with groups from Europe, the Gulf, Asia, and Africa — each with different Egyptian entry requirements. We prepare the correct visa documentation for every nationality in your group.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
Our airport team monitors all flights in real time. If a flight is delayed, we adjust vehicle and greeter schedules automatically. Delegates are never left waiting without support.
Do you arrange social excursions as part of logistics?
Yes. Pyramids visits, Nile cruises, desert safaris, and Red Sea excursions can all be integrated into the delegate itinerary as part of the logistics service.
